i'm not sure how todd would be with me. i'm sort of friends with zach, the guy who has the hydroseeding business there. i went to get a chrome tip off todd, he didn't call me back all day, so i went to mass and got one...then zach called me up that night and told me what the price was, etc. So i felt kinda bad...don't know if todd would want to deal with me again on a $100 rear window tint or whatever..

todd has a 6" tip on his psd though!!!!!!!!
zach (messiers hydroseeding) is alright though, he knows a good amount about the power strokes, his flatbed is modified some.
i dunno, i just want it done right with good stuff. i tried doing the rear window on my 01 by myself....didn't work out so well. i'd like to do the front windows with a little tint, but i dunno if i can get away with it and get the truck inspected (but that would look good + if i had the center painted black like the older trucks...like Silvia's truck).
lately i've also been thinking about going back to a straight pipe...i dunno:idea:

As long as you do a light tint you should be fine as for the straight pipe it would sound mean :stirthepot:

no, it was just that i was there at exit 12 and he was heading by, never said a word about my exhaust ( it isn't that loud really). besides a few things, my rig was in good shape. seems to get to barrington, rt9 i have to make a detour up 202 :halo:
..but then you look at my old boss and his $hitty equipment that goes into nh every other day with no dot #'s, bent trailer frame, nothing tied down, etc. and he get away with it
after this year i'd like to sell the equipment and get out of it.

why in the living hell would rick dump more money in the pos chevy dump? that thing should be in the junkyard. i takes about 2 minutes for that dump body to get up all the way, sheesh. does he have any new employees who are still with him?

because he is a penny pincher but doesnt realize with all the work and money he put into that truck he could have a damn kodiak right now if he did a little preventitve maintenance on it. i have come to the conclusion he does not know what that is and would rather half ass fix it when its broken then to take care of it while its working right....
i cant remember which place it is though, my buddy said the guy might be in jail so that could be a problem, other then that i dunno but i am going to be looking for some one to do the passat i picked up for the fiance, 20% tint all the way around.

mine's suppose to be my toy and daily driver, but i have to put it to work. ugh. working on another side business that isn't in labor...don't want to wind up like rick. it's nice to get into the truck and not have grass and sweat on the seat.

great company up here in portland maine, its called portlant tint. they do a real great job they do all the show cars and trucks up here. all the cuts are computer cut and ive never seen a bubble or anything in any of them. the tint is top of the line because it contains metal in it so itll never turn that gay purplish color. if you could make it up to portland id deffinetly do it. there number is 207-797-8465

I would definitely wait until the warmer weather. The water that you use when tinting isn't so happy in these cold temps. Even if you squeegee it out really good, you always have a little bit left between the tint and the glass.
