cummins 2-3 gear hesistation

hey, i was wondering if there is any way to ge the hesistation out of 2 and 3rd gear. when i get on it, it shifts 1-2nd good, but looses everything in 2-3rd, how can i fix this??? without buying a new tranny

Define looses everything? I will try to help you,i need to know what RPM does it shift at 1-2,and then the 2-3 when it looses everything.Is the trans not shifting ot hanging between gears?

it just hangs there between 2 and 3rd. its shifting at almost 3000rpm

Will it make the shift if you "Let out" of it really fast?

i dont know if it will, but it bad when your trying to tow something, becaus eyou loose a lot of power, and it feels a lot slower
