Silver Third Gen cummins broke down on 295

Did any one else see this rig last thursday about 10 am near rt 22 on 295? Both front tires were turned (shifted hard right 90 degrees) and the wheels were somewhat rolled back out of place. My guess broke a tie rod???

sounds more like a pitman arm ...or the steering box fell off the frame :exactly:

It did make a mess of traffic congress st exit was blocked etc.
