ok so in my trouble with batteries these past couple weeks, it has really shown just how junk my neg batt terminals really are. the lead is crumbling and about to fall apart. so what im asking, is should i just cut away the lead terminals that are on there and use the aftermarket bolt down terminals? or is there another source??? what size is the large cable? 0/4? 0/2? i know theres not alot of slack in the cables so im hesitant to just cut off the cable at the old terminals
also i want to upgrade the batt to body grounds from the standard 14ga to 8 ga.
and where do the ground cables attach when they leave the batt??? the side of the block? and is it a tough spot to get to??
