Good link. Gotta be careful to use the right lift values, the ones in the initial writeup are for the 160 pump on a 1994. Gotta use the link to the table for other pump lift values. Also, didn't the 144 ft-lb torque value get changed to 160 ft-lb? Of course cleaning the pump shaft and gear thoroughly is very important, and replacing the washer under the pump gear nut is highly recommended. Did I leave anything out, Jimbo?

Yeah isnt the new updated torque spec 160 so as to lessen the chance of slipping?

cummins still says 144, 160 is the unofficial internet torque spec, kinda like its okay to go to 140ftlbs on regular arp studs :stirthepot:
