I always liked those lights dude. Looks good. :HoleShotHolset:

Might wanna stick a grommet in where you put those wires through the fender or whatever it was. And It wouldn't hurt to wrap those wire taps with shrink wrap or electrical tape at the least. :m2c:

Now for my setup on would a relay be worth it and would i use one per side or jus one central one?

so with ur relay setup u never used a constant 12v from the battery u used it from the directional bulb?

ya there L.E.D's they only use .01 amps about and 4 volts is what they turn on at so there isnt a huge load on the system

you can use power from the battery but that requires another relay and you would just use the park lights to switch on the relay to put battery power to the lights just more wiring but if your using regular lights or lots and lots of leds its a good idea to take the load off of the headlight switch bec we all know how good they are at holding up higher loads

I've got 7 #168 led's per side and they are hooked up through a small 12A @ 125V relay per side that I got from an old UPS. (uniterruptable power supply) for computers. From the front running lamp wire, through a resistor to cut the brightness about half, to the normally closed pin; Full 12V from batt. to the normally open pin; From the directional wire at the front blinker to the coil of the relay; And of course the other side of the coil to gnd; And the last remaining pin is the output to the lights.
So they run half bright untill I turn on the blinker or hazards, than they blink at full bright. And they blink full bright even without my headlights on.
