Lately when it is damp out or raining, the truck runs like a gas engine with a mis-fire. Easiest way to explain it...

Turning the OD off at around 40mph seems to help somewhat. Leaving the OD on, it is horrible. If it is a nice sunny dry day, all is fine...

check and clean all ground cables? I can think of 5 off the top of my head.

I bets the problem is from too many valves slapping around... :smilielol:

 Does the same problem happen when you drive backwards at 40mph? If not, I'd recommend driving backwards. :falldownlaugh:

Mark cycle the codes and see if you have a P0500. Wet roads + Vehicle Speed Sensor on the rear diff = cruddy non watertight electrical connections that make the shudder. ... at least that was my deal.

check all sensor plugs and clean IAT sensor also use dielectric grease to seal out moisture. the ECM plug is known to come loose too as well as the wires feeding into it.
