Hey guys, I am thinking about ordering some truck parts online. I was looking at the Duramax stage 3 kit from RPMoutlet.com, but I have heard mixed reviews about them and their customer service. Have any of you, or your friends ordered from them? How was their experience? The prices look pretty hard to beat, that's why I was considering them. Thanks for your input! -Craig

I ordered aem bruteforce intake from them.I waited for 3-4 weeks and still had not seen it so i called them.I was told it was on backorder with no e.t.a. At this point i decided to cancel my order.Thay charged me a restocking fee and would not refund it.I will not buy anything from them again.Lesson learned: check to see if items in stock before placing order.:m2c:

That is crazy they charge you a restocking fee on an item that hasn't even been stocked. :wtf2:
