Recently, I have seen two CTD Rams in South Weymouth. One was an '06 QC, red, with an aluminum rack. And the other is I believe an '05 QC Laramie, black. I didn't get a good look of the front of the black one, so I couldn't tell if it was an '05, but from the back and a little of the side it looked like it. I was behind that one from Commercial St., to Pleasant St., to Pond St. If you're on here, howdy neighbor!
The red one I saw was in a parking lot near the Commuter Rail parking.

Not sure if it was a member or not, but I saw for the second time, a 3rd gen (I think) Quad cab dually over on Grant street in Framingham around 7:40pm tonight. Had stacks and a crossover tool box, was dark and hard to tell but looked to be black. I remember the first time I saw it over on rt 16 in Sherborn I was glad traffic was movin in front of me cause my eyese certainly were not on the road for a couple of feet lol.

Hey there,
if the truck you are mentioning is a black dodge dually with bullhorn stacks I things it lives a couple of miles from me. Nice truck, owner has a few dodges too. AFAIK, he's not a member here. But, I've been meaning to stop by and see what his interests are....

somewhere there is an owner of a pete who is pretty pissed he is missing his passenger side stack. Only way I can picture a stack of that size on a pickup working was if the guy had a nice aluminum wing on the roof and towing a good sized 5th wheel.
My buddy sent me that picture and told me I should do something like that to my truck  Silly gassers, I think he is just jealous I'll get him back when I disconnect his coil wire :nutkick:

I don't remember seeing a box I was in my moms car so lower to the ground lol, I remember it looked clean (smooth looks) so I would say no box. Lift sounds about right, does he had clear front lights? Was towing a small faded dark red car trailer with a nearly matching maroonish fox body with a white cowl induction hood. Looked like a pretty nice truck.

Lately been getting through there around 6:30 (to hit Framingham for 7 or a little after) or 7:30 or so to get there for 8. Don't know what it is but seems I see him without fail, only started seeing him the past 2 weeks or so though, doesn't seem if I am early or late I see him lol, and even see him when coming home around 5:30 or a bit later. Funny I don't see him anywhere other than within 50 yards of the second rotary (when heading away from the train stop)
Thinking now I remember you mentioning a while back you live off Hollis street, I have been going down that way lately on the way home. One of the guys here in the office showed me a new way to get down to 115 instead of following 27 out of Framingham. Dang thats a tight road though, starting to reconsider it cause it gets kinda hairy with traffic coming the other way and the trees to the right leaning on over lol.

lol Yea, i live right off hollis street. it is a tight road. And, people speed which on that road is down right dumb. I use this a lot to show 'em to slow down and what I think :bigfinger: lol So you probably come thru framingham by the old GM plant (now Odessa) and then across western to hollis. Right after you take a left on hollis, there's a st called ash lane, i live at the end of that road. Regarding hollis, if you come up over the whoop-die-doo hills, becareful, people walk on those road and can get plowed over. . .
I gave the big how-do-you-do salute to someone on that road last week and they put it in reverse to chase me... ya right, later... LOL

Caught him this morning, intersection of 115 and 1A around 7 this morning. If I was in my truck I might have swung in quick to check out his truck. Crappy picture off my cell phone from across the intersection but oh well, still a pretty nice looking truck.

I've been seeing a couple of lifted/semi bombed Fords around my town lately as well, and I think the guy at the local shop has a duramax in his lifted chevy. When I swing in there next time I will see what he thinks about maybe getting up to the dyno event. Seems like everytime he is insanely busy though. He had a pretty nice open house a year or two back, wonder if he would be willing to do that again.

I just saw this truck earlier today around 4pm leaving the Tweeter Center from the swap meet. Was kinda shocked, seems like a lot of sightings of this guy lately, wish I could have gone to the meet, probably lots of guys to inform about this forum lol. Saw 2 bright red Ford 6.0's the other day. One in Raynham at a job site for a new building just off 44, Bright red superduty regular cab lifted looked to be sitting on 35's or 37s with a big red headach rack, looked really clean. Also a bright red extended cab long bed superduty 6.0 over in Taunton just off 44 maybe sitting on a leveling kit with 20's or 22's an somewhat low profile rubber, and had 5" mitre cut stacks. Would be hard to miss either of these guys with the fire engine red paint lol.

I didn't see one, I know I saw him closing up the gate when I was walking out though, might have taken the tire out for some lawn chairs and coolers (what he appeared to be stuffing in there) I know its got a big antenna on the top, can sorta see it in the picture. Your buddy is the guy with the White Lincoln Mark VII LSC??? If its the one I have been thinking its got a cowl hood and big cobra snakes on the front fenders? He is there every year and always does good, that car is fast, specially for being a Lincoln, no one expects it to be as fast as it is and stick to the track as good as it does. Its always fun to see his Lincoln and the other black Mark VIII blowing the doors off the ricers and the Mustangs/Camaro's that show up.

For over the last week I have had the dis-pleasure of travelling rt128 during commuter times. What a nightmare. Does anyone have to do this regularly? Growing up around here I don't remember it being anything like this. Seems that rt128/95 from braintree north to 128/95 split is just a mess- reminds me of greater NYC highways, like the Long Island Expressway (LIE).
If I had to travel this roadway daily, I'm not sure I could do it...
Just making an observation...

Just talked to a guy at the pump about his truck, not sure the year 06 or 07 maybe but black quad cab short bed with what seemed to be 6-8" lift with stock rims/tires and a crossover tool box with some amber warning lights on the cover, also must be aftermarket mirrors with signals on the face of them. I can't remember all the mods but mentioned a ported head, 100hp injectors, BD turbo, banks monster wastegate, water/meth, full exhaust, ATS and a few other goodies I think, said he put down 7xx/14xx to the wheels.

Sunday around 2pm found a black quad cab dually not sure if it was a 12v or 24v but it was fast I know that much lol. First saw him on Rt 6 in Somerset, first I thought he didn't feel like running or anything when we lined up at the light, and I left easy. Then later one went around a ramp to catch 79N and I jumped on it at the end of the ramp and it left a little puff which I think got him into it lol. As soon as we merged onto 79N he was right in the left lane with the hammer down and I followed, was about all I could do to follow, dang that thing could take corners lol. It would give a puff everytime he would jump on it otherwise ran clean but it would pull about even with my truck (now with an SCT canned performance tune :D) I didn't see any gauges just looked like the general run of the mill older dually, all black including the bumper but it wasn't a sport edition. I think it had some bumper guides sticking up.

I have seen this truck at least twice since the first time. Once at Seekonk Speedway and yesterday at the Bass Pro Shops cruise night. Got a much better look at it, and some surprises.
Its actually a Sterling, I can't believe I didn't notice before. Its got 19.5's and some "California Clean Idle" certification sticker on the drivers side fender. The bed is actually an aftermarket piece by some Warnold or something company. The stacks still look pretty retarded but otherwise its a cool truck and would probably make a great hauler. First time I have ever seen one of these sterling/dodge mongrels on the road I had totally forgotten about them and took me a while to remember how they came about.
