It does have the particulate burn filter still inplace (Can tell by the exhaust tips and y fitting) But it somehow seem "Augmented" or do theese thing really do this?

Oh yeah thats the real deal! That had a leaky injector that sent fuel down the exhaust. Then a re-gen kicked in and lit off the fuel. Good times!:omg:

The good news about the Ford recall is most of the trucks affected weren't sold yet. It was something like 39K trucks but only 8K had been sold.

I know a guy working at a Ford dealer in New Milford that said that they've already got one with a blown motor with 500 miles on it. He said that their no better than the 6.no's were :stirthepot:

I am convinced that Ford doesn't want to stay in bussiness. Their formerly good looking trucks have been getting uglier by the year. What's up with the Headlights? Ford and International can't get the engine right, then go to court and sue each other. Maybe Ford should just drop International, (they own Cummings don't they?) and maybe go to Mercedes, Toyota, Cat, or anybodyelse.

As far as the rest of the line, Fire whoever came up with that cutesy naming scheme (Ford cars starting w/ F-words [Freestyle, Five Hundred], and Mercury's starting with M's), Fire, Sue, and then Shoot the Idiot that droped the Turaus and Sable line :duh: It was the best selling sedan for years!!

Huh I think the F-Brand keeps getting better and better looking. No honest. I mean the headlight stack is off tick a bit but the truck is got ALOT going forit that Dodge will never ever offer due to cost cutting.

Yeah it is a shame that the battle still rages on with navistar and it looks to continue (This month's truck trend magazine reports) and they have a flat out awesome marketing team! They market the f series clean into the hands of drivers with ease. Dodge pushes the Hemi :falldownlaugh: And G.M pushes their trucks are jobrated for the PROFESSIONAL.

Don't know, I think the new Fords are the best looking trucks out there. I like the front bumper headlight set-up. I also like the tailgate step!
