What year of a dodge or what model would I getthe 215 injectors off of? Thinking of just getting some from Junkers for cheap and installing them myself.
96- early 98 5 speed manual 12 valve cummins'

When I go to install the injectors ( never done it before) the 215s are they a different length than the 160s I beleive. Do I need any extra washers

When it comes to the injectors. Are the nozzles what go onto the end of the injectors that make the fan spray? Just trying to figure out how all this works. Can't find anything on the Internet really
yep thats it in a nutshell:exactly:

Ok so the 215 injectors should come with their own nozzles and mine won't fit on them

Sorry for being a pain and asking so many questions. Can I use 24 v injectors? On my 12 v
the nozzles will fit on 160's but you would have to get them pop tested, better off buying a new or decent used set. 12V nozzles arent for sale often either like 24V's are.
12V are completely different then 24V and would not work.
Any reason your looking for 215's instead of a beginner performance injector?

its a cheaper way out for now without having to get new turbo ect. because the 215s wont make my egts climb very much i've read and i dont really have the money to be putting out for performance injectors. just started back to work and figured maybe that it might be my injectors that might be causeing the bad fuel mileage possibly .
did you get it timed? check fuel pressure???
