Dude, I think that may be my old Kawi :nutkick: It's a 1995 and Jimmy D did the origional frame polishing on it. I sold it to a kid in west haven and it had paintwork done to it that looks just like what yours has (Maybe a tapeworx kit with paint) Then in '96 I sold it and got a 97 (Pic below) and my 98. Then the 97 went out for a 2000 ZX9R.

The 1997:

The 1998:

no trans work yet. Ive just been driving real easy. the carbs were tuned by some race shop, its got some ridiculously huge jetting to get it to run, it doesnt like to start cold or hot, its great in between though, its a pain to get running in the morning, but man this thing flies.

Ahhh yess the 1986 GSXR. (Not to be confused with the GSX750 Can'O'tuna)
1986 ... the year of the "Slingshot" Awwesome bike! Yeah it was saddened a bit when Vanilla Ice made the movie "Cool as ice" whick brought the GSXR to mainstream popularity but still has it's nostalgig coolness about it. Stuff a 93 swingarm in that bad boy get rid of the cutter 160 and stuff a 180 back there and bring it up to a new level.
