Winterport Diesel Day, July 18, time trials-8am-12 noon racing starts at 12:30bracketed classes, I know that this conflicts with the truck events at New England Dragway this weekend, trying to decide what event to do, Winterport is a fun one, there are alot of trucks that we don't see from up that way. What do other MTD members think?

winterport was fun last year and i may have to go up to it this year for a grudge match.... but not sure its hard to drive 2+ hours when new england is 35 minutes from the house....

yeah, it looks like the new england dragway event is going to be pretty big this year, but i'd still like to go to winterport someday. i prefer 1/4 mile racing though

i'd rather run the 1/4 and hopefully epping will bring more vehicles. with the addition of sled pulling, it sounds like a cool event.

I want to try 1/4 mile someday too. I had fun racing last year but if I break the truck its going to be broke for a while. My money tree seems to be dead. I think I will just watch this year. Winterport is only about 40 minutes away for me. Every one headed to epping have a good time.:HoleShotHolset:

I guess we are all going to epping, should be a fun pull, make sure to check the rules, Beef and I have been talking about them, you need loops, breakaway, light on rear bumper that shows truck is in neutral for the hook up guy, upswept exhaust

I just sat and watched. I did have a d max there but it had a cover set up over the rear dump and a table set up. I was tailgatin with the kids. Wife had to work.:exactly:
