its only 1 day away holy crap, how many hours away is it. is this closer than english town.

It is in Great Meadows, NJ about 2.5 hrs from the New Haven Area

Awesome day for the track was like 70° all day no humidity. About a 2hr ride out to the island, then met up with the NHRDA posse at the track.
Test and tune started at 12~ish made 3 pretty consistent runs at 14.33-14.48-14.468 so Dialed in at 14.33 and for eliminations ran a 14.495 but once again with a horrible reaction time of .670:eek: I was done for the day. Guess I dont have to worry about cutting a light:smilielol:
This is the little rig I lost to which is OK by me cause its a 4BT in there and what a nice job on the install

I was down to Scotts last night, someone there said racing at Island is like riding a roller coaster....:smilielol:
Did it feel like a roller coaster Jim?

Really I didnt think so:dunno: Maybe the adrenaline was pumping so much I didnt even notice. There were a good handfull of 8 sec vehicles making passes, Id imagine that wouldnt be too fun if it were lumpy.

its not bad racing there, i don't think it is bumpy, i usually run left lane, just preference though.
