Yeah I don't get why they do that. They take one of the strongest trucks add so much that he ccan hardly make it 3/4 track and start pullin. So unless you have a $50.000 truck with $20.000 in it your only gonna pull 50ft. I don't get it.

I don't get it.nothin to do with that man.that sled is trickey to learn to pull guys try to pull it like a transfer sled...the winning truck was a 12valve dodge that i'm sure the turbo cost more than the whole truck...

I'm not trying to bad mouth your club because i love watching you guys pull but you spend all day sitting in the hot sun watching all the gassers pull which is very competitive and usually comes down to driver error. than the diesel class starts and they throw in one to two blocks, out of idk maybe 15 trucks 2 or 3 will make it to the pull off which is one round of pulling. it justs seems to me that they take their time and have their fun running the gassers and when its time to run the diesels everyones tired so the rush threw them so they can go home. again I'm not trying to cause problems it would just be nice to see everyone get a chance as soon as the wheels come up on that sled it stops 90% of the trucks with in probably 10ft. i missed the last few pulls so idk how they were.:HoleShotHolset:

inlinepwr i didn't think you were bad mouthing..that sled is awfully tricky to pull if you've never pulled it..alota guys never air down either alota the trucks i saw sunday had rock hard tires and were way underweight...

another problem with that sled is most guys will wait till the tires come off the ground to drop the hammer you gotta just about give er all you got 5 feet out...the new transfer sled should be done for the 2011 season with any luck...

Our diesel class is competitive, we have a CR Dodge and 3 Duramaxes that always fight for 1st, and now a 12v too, most guys don't know how to pull our sled along with the guys who show up with bald tires that are rock hard and 2000lbs light.......C'mon.

Yeah I made it 36ft I guess that's not too bad considering I forgot to shift out of 1st gear.
I know their's a lot of factors that have to be correct for a strong pull it just seems to me that the sled is alittle to heavy so the diesel class is rushed through.:HoleShotHolset::jim::smilielol:
