Any of the mechanical geniuses out here foigured out how to do one?? Since they are not making the NV4500/5600 anymore and parts are supposidly getting scarce I was thinking..............Pilots who can't fly call it "Hangar Flying", Gearheads who can't wrench have to call it something, how about "Thought Wrenching"??

3 people have done it in 2nd gens..do asearch on teh tdr..pretty much all fits ..just need to notch the cross member to drop the height as the g56 is much taller..its that or a body lift. The driveshafts length had to change a little... , teh G56 has two available ratios too ..teh older G56 had the .79 6th gear and a 6.something first gear ..the new ones 12/06 and newer? have a .74 6th gearand 5.something first gear.. so its really nice od then so no disadvantage there ..its weighs 225 lbs.. my shipping label said 200 lbs.. I have a '07 take out ..with eth .74 od.. and using a con Fe southbend setup, I am doing it in a first gen 4x4..
Hope that helps
Thanks
