how hard or is it even possible to upgrade a 96 interior dodge 3500 to a 99-02 style dodge interior? like dash and steering wheel ect.?

I can speak for the B-pillars and say that the mounting locations for the locking clips are different. 98-02 seats will bolt up to the existing seat brackets.
