NH Shop feeler

I found a one bay shop for rent yesterday.. I called but no one was there (slackers).. I just wanted to put a feeler out there to see if anyone is interested in going in on it or one, like all the fellas do down there in CT.. Its in Concord right off the highway..

Got some info back on one of the shops today.. No auto repair at all will be allowed even if it's not for hire :TqT::nutkick: That is why its only $450 a month.. So with that said the hunt goes on.
