The absolute worst ride home from a coffee night ever now my truck makes that grinding noise at even higher RPM, all the way home. I don't even know how to describe it, someone said like it was like throwing nuts and bolts into a fan with a buncha clatter

I remember Aaron telling me a story about his flashlight going off and his girlfriend getting hurt or something in there, and the flashlight coming back on as soon as they got out.

Heres a video I took to capture the sound before I took it back to Noble's this morning. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7_oVRWmEnM For some reason it goes away when the RPMs get around 1700+ (its gotten worse since last night) and even though it sounds like that it still drives and shifts just fine

When Frank showed up hes asked me what kind of noise it was making. He hopped in the drivers seat, I threw him the keys and as soon as he turned the key his face went blank. After a few minutes of starting and revving the truck he says I am at a loss for words I have no clue what it is. So monday hes gonna throw it up on the lift check it out and tear it all apart again if he has to

Yes I know DDs chatter but that just sounds like grinding gears, and in that video the first time it made that noise the clutch was disengaged, then it was engaged the second time, I forgot to mention it doesn't matter if its engaged or not

Apparently its the 3850 series clutch.... when I get my truck back and get the little SFI approved card again, I'm gonna call southbend to confirm. I thought he was ordering the 3600 since he said its good up to 750hp, and the 3850 is the only clutch thats SFI approved and good to 750, all the others are much higher hp ratings

i saw you at adam at brad paisley last night but you didn't see me i don't think i was incognito, had a diesel shirt on but not one that you would notice unless you saw the back. i would have stopped to talk to you but you guys were heading to the bathrooms before the show started.
